This Privacy Policy describes how gpyx2026 ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information. gpyx2026 is the developer of the "Hyper Hero" game (the "Game") on Google Play. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Game on Google Play or other platforms, and the rights you have regarding your data.

Our operational entity is located in Singapore. We comply with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to the extent consistent with Singapore law.

1.1 Information you provide voluntarily

• When you contact customer support, participate in surveys, or provide feedback: name, email address, and message content.
• In-Game nickname and avatar (if synced from the platform).

1.2 Automatically collected information

• Device information: model, OS version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID / AAID, IDFA, OAID), screen resolution.
• Gameplay data: level progress, scores, playtime, achievements, virtual item usage records.
• Network logs: IP address, network type, access timestamps, clickstream data.
• Google Play Games Services data: when you log in via Google Play Games, we receive public information such as your gamer ID, nickname, and locale, subject to your consent.

2. How We Use Your Information

• 2.1 Provide, maintain, and improve the Game – including syncing progress, leaderboards, and customer support.
• 2.2 Analyze and optimize game performance, fix bugs, and run A/B tests.
• 2.3 Send essential service notifications (e.g., version updates, maintenance alerts). With your consent, we may send promotional activity invitations (you can opt out at any time).
• 2.4 Protect account and transaction security, prevent fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

3.1 We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

Specifically, account data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days following account deletion or 24 consecutive months of inactivity; crash logs and aggregated analytics data are retained for a maximum of 14 months.

• Restrict or object to certain processing (e.g., personalized advertising);
